Welcome to Baked by Brook! I'm Brook, the baker and macaron maker behind every box.

I've always loved baking, but my love for macarons began after my son, Maverick, was born. As a first-time mom, I was learning how to navigate an entirely new chapter of life. I decided to take a macaron class just for fun, and completely fell in love.

I fell in love with everything about macarons: the creativity, the colors, the flavors, and especially the process of turning a few simple ingredients into something so beautiful and delicious. But more than that, macarons gave me something that was just for me. They gave me a creative outlet and a passion to pour myself into while learning how to balance being a mom.

That little hobby eventually grew into Baked by Brook, right here in Idaho Falls.

I make each batch by hand in small quantities, with a lot of care and attention to detail. I love creating new flavors, playing with colors, and finding little ways to make each box feel special.

And behind every box is a whole lot of support from my family. My husband, Christian, and our son, Maverick, are my biggest supporters and a huge part of the reason Baked by Brook exists. I feel so lucky to have their encouragement as I turn something I love into a small business.
